Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept credit/debit, Cash App, Zelle, and online invoices. Deposits are required for all appointments.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. No-shows and cancellations forfeit deposits.

Q: Are deposits refundable?

A: All deposits are non-refundable retainers. If a client cancels, the deposit is completely forfeited. Deposits can only be transferred once if rescheduling within the allowed time frame. After that, a new deposit will be required to secure a future appointment.
